PENERAPAN TEKNIK SINEMATOGRAFI DAN COLOR GRADING PADA VIDEO DOKUMENTER KOPI GUNUNG MALANG SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI

Gunung Malang is one of the coffee producing villages in Purbalingga district. Because it is located at the foot of Mount Selamet, making Gunung Malang village suitable for growing Arabica type coffee, coffee in Malang has been around since 2014 but many people do not know, due to the lack of information. As a result, coffee farmers in Gunung Malang are very difficult to market Gunung Malang coffee products, the business carried out by Gunung Malang coffee farmers from the past until now is still classified as traditional where farmers form farmer groups with one member who has a network of potential collectors, while the collectors are can only market in certain areas in Purbalingga which results in Gunung Malang Arabica coffee which is only well known in some areas in Purbalingga. Therefore Gunung Malang coffee farmers need new media to introduce Gunung Malang coffee in the form of documentary videos using cinematographic and color grading techniques. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, literature review, observations, and questionnaires System development methods using the method proposed by Suyanto (2005), namely Planing and Preparation, Production, and Post-Production. Gunung Malang uses cinematography and color grading techniques. This video assessment distributed 100 questionnaires to 100 respondents with 5 statements, for the total assessment of the percentage using a Likert scale with an average index result of 100 respondents amounting to 81.3% so that it is included in the category of strongly agree.
