Abstract
Performance Assessment is a process carried out by an organization to evaluate or assess the success of employees in carrying out their duties. Assessment can be done by comparing the results of work achieved by employees with work standards. The performance of an employee can be assessed by reference to the Assessment of Civil Servants' Work Achievements that have been regulated in Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011. The work performance evaluation elements include SKP (Employee Performance Target) and work behavior with a weighting value of 60% and 40%. Manual assessment causes delays due to the large amount of data input done, unable to see the history of assessments in several years, changing data cannot be done quickly, and security is very vulnerable. To facilitate the process of evaluating employee performance, a website-based employee performance appraisal information system was built. This information system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and the system development method used is waterfall. The results obtained from the employee performance evaluation information system are employee value information
