Abstract
Holographic tools are very useful in many fields, such as in trade, scientific research, business, education, entertainment, arts, industry, medicine, health and so on. The Purbalingga puppet museum and artifacts have several shortcomings and constraints, including the difficulty of the guide in explaining each of the puppet characters or artifacts that exist when there are many visitors and guides there are only 2 (two), because visitors often ask guides to explain objects like puppets and artifacts. In addition, the existing information media have not used information technology today, there is only information media in the form of paper containing writing about the name of the puppet collection, artifacts and also its history. The purpose of this research is to create 3D Hologram animation aimed to assist the guide in conveying wayang and artifact information. The system development method used is a method according to M. Suyanto. This research begins with the coherent stages such as the pre production stage, the production stage and the post production stage. The results are in the form of 3D holographic animated videos as visualization media so that it helps the guide deliver information on puppets and artifacts with the mp4 video format.
