SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (Studi Kasus: Desa Karangbanjar)

Non-Livable Houses are houses that do not meet safety, building requirements, minimum building area adequacy, and occupant health. In the determination of recipients of assistance for non-habitable houses in Karangbanjar Village, there are still problems, such as acceptance that is not on target. Decision support systems will help facilitate the community and village officials in determining the receipt of uninhabitable housing assistance. This issue can be assisted by the Karangbanjar Village Decent Home Housing Decision Support System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. The Simple Additive Weighting method is the search for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. Simple Additive Weighting method is a weighting in determining a decision that lies in the ability to make an appropriate assessment because it is base on the value of the criteria and the weight of preferences that have determined. This Decent Housing Decision Support System is made using the VB.Net programming language with its supporting database using MySql. System development in this study is using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and accompanying by PIECES analysis. The system built has been through black box testing and User Acceptance Test to produce a decision support system for Non-Livable Houses in Karangbanjar Village.
