ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI PEDULI LINDUNGI MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia requires vaccines to the public, the government also makes a breakthrough by making the peduli lindungi application. This application is expected to be able to provide a warning to the public when entering an area affected by Covid-19. Problems experienced by users of the peduli lindungi application are that the application often has errors, the vaccine certificate does not appear, and the status does not change even though the second dose of vaccination has been carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the user satisfaction of the peduli lindungi application on the variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This study uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The sample used in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were taken from users of the peduli lindungi application. To collect questionnaire data, researchers used a google form link to be distributed to respondents. From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that there are 4 accepted variables, namely the content variable, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness. As for the rejected variables, namely the format variable.
