ANALISIS WEBSITE SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 1 PURWOKERTO MENGGUNAKAN METODE PIECES (PERFORMANCE, INFORMATION, ECONOMIS, CONTROL, EFFICIENCY, SERVICE)

Website quality analysis is an important thing to find out the weaknesses of the website. Good service quality is not only based on the point of view or perception of the service provider, but also based on the point of view or perception of its users. By doing an analysis on the website of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto, it is expected to find out the main problems and can improve the quality of the website. This study uses the PIECES method which consists of Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The results showed that the overall website of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto was in the good category. The performance aspect got a score of 4.43. Aspect information gets a value of 4.10. The economic aspect gets a score of 4.00. The control aspect gets a value of 3.99. The efficiency aspect got a value of 4.07. The service aspect got a score of 3.83. As for the total average level of satisfaction from all aspects, namely getting a value of 4.07. Testing the performance aspect using online tools got 86% results or at grade B, which means it has good performance. The control aspect using the Qualys SSL Labs online tool resulted in grade A and testing using the UpGuard online tool resulted in a Security Rating of B with a value of 665. From testing using the second tool, it means that the SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto website has good security. With this analysis, it is hoped that it can help the school in improving the performance and improving the quality of the SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto website so that it can uphold the website to be even better.
