ANALISIS PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA DOMPET DIGITAL MENGGUNAKAN UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY2 (UTAUT2) (Studi Kasus : Aplikasi Dana di Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

A digital wallet or e-wallet is a form of technological advancement in the shopping/payment transaction process that is offered to the public. One of the Digital Wallet applications that are commonly used by the public is DANA. Based on the DailySocial survey, the DANA application is the most popular digital wallet application in Indonesia. Acceptance of using Digital Wallets is influenced by four factors, namely cultural, social, personal and psychological, strong competitiveness also influences student decisions in using Digital Wallets. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of acceptance of DANA digital wallet users. The method used in this study is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology2 (UTAUT2). The results of this study are the T-test on each variable have a positive influence on Behavioral Intention (user's desires) and on Use Behavior (user behavior).
