Abstract
Ummu Hani Mother and Child Hospital is one of the health sectors that takes advantage of technological sophistication to develop health services into the world of technology by creating supporting applications for their needs and of course to increase visitor satisfaction at Umm Hani Hospital. User satisfaction analysis on the Simponi Ummu Hani application is needed to find out whether the Simponi Ummu Hani application has met the needs of its users, and also by using the multiple linear regression method, which is an analysis that explains the relationship between response variables (dependent variable) with factors - the influencing factor of one predictor (independent variable). This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction in the Simponi RSIA Ummu Hani application, where the method used is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUSC) model which consists of five dimensions to measure user satisfaction, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. This study collects data using a questionnaire distributed to 99 respondents Simponi Application. The results of the study indicate that the value of user satisfaction is obtained from the value of the influence of each EUCS variable which can be seen based on the results of multiple regression that the content variable has a negative effect of 0.162 on user satisfaction, the accuracy variable has a positive effect of 0.389 on user satisfaction, the format variable has a positive effect. of 0.146 to user satisfaction, the ease of use variable has a positive effect of 0.099 on user satisfaction and the timeliness variable has a positive effect of 0.321 and all of them are significant to users of the Simponi RSIA Umm Hani Application. The format variable has the smallest influence value of 0.146, so it must be paid more attention and further improved and the content, accuracy, format and timeliness variables to be improved and maintained again, the more influential variable is the accuracy variable which has a positive effect of 0.389 on user satisfaction.
