APLIKASI TRANSFORMASI SOSIAL EKONOMI (TRANSOSEK) DESA PANINGKABAN BERBASIS MOBILE (Studi kasus: Desa Paningkaban Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas)

Socio-Economic Transformation is one program for the village. As an effort of the government in empowering rural communities specifically in the Paningkaban village community. With this program, the community will get technical and non-technical support in managing resources and regions in developing creative businesses. However, the lack of understanding of the community raises a lack of empathy for this program. The lack of understanding of the community in Paningkaban village about this program was due to the weak information system in terms of program socialization. The community's understanding of this program is important because the community itself is expected to raise the potential of the village. For this reason, it is necessary to have a mobile-based media application that fades in the introduction of the program to the public, and can be used as a medium for optimizing the potential of Paningkaban village. In developing this application the author uses the SDLC method with a prototype model, which in building an application can be made according to the functions and needs of the village government. The results of this study are successful in making TRANSOSEK applications as information media, program introduction, and optimization of village potential.
