ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM KEUANGAN DESA (SISKEUDES) MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)(Studi Kasus: Kecamatan Kedungreja)

The financial system has been implemented as a system to assist users in money management in any sector. In the government sector, there is a village financial system (SISKEUDES) which benefits from assisting in the management of village funds and village financial reports. However, in its implementation there are still some obstacles such as users having difficulty using the system. Such as not understanding the features provided by the system, the system is easy to error during the data input process, and the data is not inputted properly and the entry page does not appear. This study aims to develop a conceptual model to analyze the factors that have an impact on user satisfaction. The conceptual model is proposed using the EUCS method with variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, and additional training variables. The sample used in this study was 46. The results of this study indicate that the proposed model is 43.1% where the EUCS accuracy model is proposed and is poor fit or the effect of the EUCS model on user satisfaction is 43.1% while the rest is influenced by other models outside this research. In user satisfaction, the variables of content and format are not significant to user satisfaction. However, the variables of accuracy, ease of use, timeliness, and training are significant on user satisfaction.
