ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RISIKO SISTEM INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE OCTAVE ALLEGRO(Studi Kasus: RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga)

The rapid development of science and technology has profoundly affected human life. One area of the job is health, practically all the places where health services use information technology. Information technology services in the field of health mainly to hospitals which are the hospital management information system (SIMRS) to support their business processes as done by the RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga. But in its use, there are errors such as human error caused by the utility of a person's ability to understand systems, data loss from exposure to the virus, electrical current failure due to less stable electrical voltage or an electrical short in place, a network and catastrophic failure that causes hospital services to suffer and suffer financially and reputation. The purpose of this study is to assess risks and make recommendations for actions to mitigate the effects of present and future risks. This research is a qualitative study using octave allegro methods. The results of the research are four areas of concern about the hospital management information system (SIMRS) which are an error of inclusion and removal because of human error, the virus, damage to the hardware, and server down.
