APLIKASI SURAT MENYURAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN ARSIP PADA SEKOLAH SWASTA BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN CODEIGNITER (Studi Kasus: MTs Al-Ikhsan Beji, Kedungbanteng)

Archives are one of the facilities used by every private school institution, especially MTs Al-Ikhsan Beji, Kedungbanteng. Archives are something that cannot be separated from an organization or institution, the large number of letters made and received in the administration section, so archives have such an important role. MTs Al-Ikhsan Beji, in archive management still uses the conventional method, namely storing archives in a filing cabinet, and recording into a report book so that the accuracy can still be said to be not good and have difficulty in finding data and making reports. For this reason, a Mail Application was created to manage mail archives, which will make it easier and structured in data search and report generation. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and library studies. The system development method used is the scrum method. The research results obtained from the implementation of the Letter Application are expected to help MTs Al-Ikhsan Beji in the process of archiving data and making reports.
