ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE TERHADAP KEPUASAN SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 SAMPANG CILACAP SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

The learning media is a tool or all of the resources used to help and improve the teaching process. As an institution, public high school is 1 Sampang Cilacap aware of the importance of the media of learning in online learning systems. Homever the application of a learning media requires evaluation, it is associated with that level of media satisfaction user. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the results of an online media learning evaluation on the satisfaction of state high school students 1 Sampang Cilacap at the covid-19 pandemic, at content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The model used to measure user satisfaction levels is the End User Computing satisfaction (EUCS) model. The sample used in this study numbered 91 respondents made up of 63 students and 28 teachers. Data collection uses questionnaires and is shared through a google form link to respondents. The result of yhis study suggest that all variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness, are acceptable and are significant to user satisfaction simultaneously. Content, format, and timeliness, are partial to the three variable that were accepted and were relevant. As for the other 2 variables which are accuracy and ease of use, have no effect on user satisfaction.
