ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NIAT MAHASISWA MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI PEDULILINDUNGI

Covid-19 has been declared as global pandemic by WHO. Science and technology have an important role to play in addressing current pandemic conditions. Indonesia is one of the countries that implement smartphone-based digital technology in an effort to control the spread of Covid-19, namely PeduliLindungi. PeduliLindungi application provides benefits to the community, but in its implementation there are still some problems such as frequent errors, failure to login or check in, and the length of issuance of vaccine certificates. This research aims to develop a conceptual model to analyze factors that have an impact on the intention to use the PeduliLindungi Application. The proposed conceptual model consists of content variables, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, security, intention to use and user satisfaction. The sample used in the study was 288. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique with SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study showed that the proposed model had an accuracy of 83.1%. User satisfaction and system security have a positive and significant impact on the intention to use the PeduliLindungi application. All EUCS variables (accuracy, content, ease of use, formatting, and timeliness) have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction. However, system security variables have a positive but insignificant impact on user satisfaction.
