ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RISIKO APLIKASI INFO PDAM BANYUMAS DENGAN METODE OCTAVE ALLEGRO PADA PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA SATRIA

The application of information technology to support the company has been implemented by Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Satria by using the Banyumas PDAM Info application. This application is used to check customer bills. However, in the process of using it, there are still many obstacles such as when customers access to check bills cannot be accessed, system errors, or lost data is affected by viruses. In an effort to minimize this risk, a risk analysis related to the use of the Banyumas PDAM Info application was carried out. Researchers used the OCTAVE Allegro method in conducting a risk assessment. This method consists of four phases with eight stages and has been completed with a worksheet. In this study, the most important impact areas can be identified, the critical information assets owned by Perumda, the risks in implementing the application, the consequences if these risks occur to the mitigation approach of each identified risk. The results of this study found 5 areas of concern that have been identified and given a mitigation approach in accordance with the relative risk score resulting in Mitigate amounting to 1, Mitigate or Defer amounting to 2, Accept or Defer amounting to 1, Defer or Accept amounting to 1.
