APLIKASI PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus : Desa Manduraga, Kalimanah, Purbalingga)

Effective and efficient population administration services are needed for Manduraga Village. This service is needed because in the administrative services of Manduraga Village, it must provide good services such as certainty of service time, completeness, and ease of obtaining services. The use of information technology has proven to be helpful in overcoming these problems, namely by implementing website-based information technology. The purpose of the author in this study is to optimize the performance of the village apparatus as well as facilitate citizens in obtaining administrative services such as requests for letters. In this study, the author uses the waterfall system development method and UML design and for testing using black box testing and User Accepting Testing methods. For the discussion presented by the author, which is about several types of application letters that can be accessed by residents such as E-KTP applications, Family Card, Birth, Death, Domicile, Remarks either SKCK, SKU (Business Certificate), Loss, SKTM (Certificate Unable). The results of this study are the Website-Based Application of Population Administration Services in Manduraga Village.
