PEMBUATAN VIDEO GERAKAN SADAR PEMILU UNTUK PEMILIH PEMULA MENGGUNAKAN CLAYMATION

Animated video as a medium of socialization is a form of utilization of technology to make it easier for humans to convey goals and objectives to be achieved. Video animations have been selected for a more attractive presentation in the form of audio-visual, or call using moving images and accompanied by a good sound. Beginner voters are constituents or members of the community who are the first time participating in general elections in accordance with the provisions in force in the legislation . The less interesting and interactive socialization was the obstacle of the voting committee in Banjararjo Village.Therefore the researcher aims to make an interesting and interactive animated video using the Claymation technique . The method used in this study is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) . This video has been tested by alpha test as a form of testing directly at the time of manufacture, by looking at whether there is an error or not in the application or animation with the Claymation technique the flow of the video, the results are appropriate even though there are some changes but still the same as the concept and testing B eta test understood or judged by novice voters, voting committees and supervisors and village heads. Based on the Beta test test results use questionnaire and with a Likert scale calculation get results with a value of 91.88% so that it falls into the category strongly agree. The study produced a video socialization Dibu t uhkan to disseminate to voters about the terms and procedure for the election and invites voters to actively participate in the elections.
