EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DONOR DARAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE HEURISTIC EVALUATION (Studi Kasus: UTD PMI Kabupaten Banyumas)

Public awareness of blood donor in Central Java is quite high, it has been found from PMD UTI Annual Report 2013, Central Java region ranks second from all provinces in Indonesia. To continue to improve and maintain the achievement, UTD PMI Kabupaten Banyumas implement Sistem Informasi Donor Darah (SIMDONDAR), but in the implementation of SIMDONDAR there are some advantages that have not been translated, ranging from input, access rights, policies that often change and try another related to its use. Given the user system is the medical community, so it is necessary evaluation of the use of SIMDONDAR in UTD PMI Kabupaten Banyumas by using Heuristic Evaluation with usability aspects to assess the ability of the system based on the user point of view by using the Linkert’s scale method. It is expected that from the evaluation results that can be had usability problems that exist in SIMDONDAR UTD PMI Kabupaten Banyumas and provide recommendations for each aspect that has not reached the specified number
