RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSIS KERUSAKAN TV MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD CHAINNING BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus: Majumapan Solution Banyumas)

Electronic goods are goods that are still related to electricity and cables. The presence of electronic goods at home is very helpful for us in doing every job. The use of TV is increasing. Because the item is used continuously, it is very susceptible to damage. Based on these problems, the author aims to create an expert system application. An expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge to a computer that is designed to model problem solving abilities like an expert. The existence of an expert system can help ordinary people in solving problems or just looking for actual information obtained with the help of experts in their fields. The application that will be made is a web-based expert system to detect damage to electronic goods. This application is expected to assist the public in detecting the damage, causes and solutions to these TV. Data collection techniques used by the author are interviews and literature study. In making the program the author uses the Forward Chaining method.
