PERANCANGAN APLIKASI MONITORING DAN SISTEM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PROGRAM KEMANUSIAAN MOBILE SOCIAL RESCUE (MSR) BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER (Studi Kasus: Kantor Cabang Aksi Cepat Tanggap Purwokerto)

The Mobile Social Rescue (MSR) program is one of the programs of the humanitarian agency Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) which plays an important role in helping to overcome problems that exist in the community. The institution receives a complaint regarding the condition of a community in general or an individual whose application will be followed up and decided whether the person concerned is entitled to receive assistance or not. Along with the number of submissions, the complexity will be higher. The purpose of this research is to produce a website that can manage the history of the MSR program and make decisions regarding the reports received with the suitability of the program, thus it is hoped that this website can answer existing needs. This system applies one of the software engineering methods or RPL, namely by applying the waterfall method for website creation and forward chaining for decision-making systems. This research is based on data and case studies obtained at the ACT Branch Office in Purwokerto, the results of this research are in the form of a website that can be used to monitor and make decisions related to the MSR humanitarian program and from the results of the SPK testing carried out, all MSR programs can run. in accordance with predetermined rules, and from blackbox testing it is known that each component can work well and the website has responsiveness to various devices.
