Abstract

Low level of social media marketing towards customer engagement in content instagram Sabina Hijab Purwokerto.The purpose of this research is to know the extent of the influence of social media marketing towards customer engagement on Sabina Hijab Purwokerto.The research method used is descriptive method with associative. The collection of data in the form of a questionnaire using google docs by spreading the link questionnaires to followers instagram. id @sabinahijab.The sample used in this study amounted to 102 respondents. Technical analysis data using simple linear regression analysis using application Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).Based on the conclusions of this analysis of data there is a weak relationship in correlation with the test value of 0.204.The determination coefficient obtained indicate that there is an influence of 4.2% on social media marketing towards customer engagement while 95.8% is influenced by the other that are not examined in the study.
