ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP GOOGLE CLASSROOM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY (UTAUT) (Studi Kasus: Mahasiswa Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of Google classroom users using the UTAUT approach. The sampling technique used random sampling method, with the number of respondents amounting to 96. Data processing using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis of this study are user satisfaction with the Google Classroom application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method, it can be concluded that in the UTAUT method the variables that affect User Satisfaction are the Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy variables the variables that have no effect are the Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions variables.
