Abstract
Google Classroom is an internet-based service owned by Google that is used as an e-learning system or in Indonesian called online learning which can be used as an alternative if you cannot meet face to face but can still communicate with each other and can be accessed by many people at the same time. a pandemic like this. In the academic field, using technology to solve problems during the learning process, namely by using the Google Classroom application. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of Google classroom users using the UTAUT approach. The sampling technique used random sampling method, with the number of respondents amounting to 96. Data processing using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis of this study are user satisfaction with the Google Classroom application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method, it can be concluded that in the UTAUT method the variables that affect User Satisfaction are the Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy variables the variables that have no effect are the Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions variables.
