Promotional video is a tool used to communicate a product, service, image, company, tourist spot, school or others to be known more widely. The method used for the promotional video is the research and development method, because it is easier and more in line with making animated videos that the researchers made completely and correctly at the beginning of the project, then the project model, then the project model can run well. In designing this animation, the researcher uses Blender software as the main application for designing 3-dimensional objects, and then refined using Adobe Premiere Pro to create more interesting video results. Based on the results of the research, it can be said that 3-dimensional animation can be used as a medium of information, promotion, and education for the wider community.
