ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA PADA LAYANAN APLIKASI QURAN BY QURAN.COM SEBAGAI MEDIA BACA SANTRI TAHFIDZ

The digital application of Al Quran by Quran.com is one application that has similarities according to the standard of memorizing the Koran by tahfidz students such as one juz consisting of 20 pages, one page consisting of 15 lines, each page always begins with the beginning of a verse, each page always ends with the end of the verse and packaged in the form of a smartphone application. changing the form of the printed Koran to the digital form of the Koran is a long and continuous process to be developed to make it more secure and better when used by users. The change from printed form to digital form is interesting to observe because what is processed is the Qur'an which is the primary source of Islamic teachings. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of users of the Al Quran by Quran.com application using the End User Computing Satisfaction method. The sampling technique used was random sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. For data processing using SPSS Version 25. The results of the analysis of this research, namely user satisfaction with the application of Al Quran by Quran.com using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method can be taken the conclusion that in the EUCS method the variables that have an effect on User Satisfaction are the Accuracy and Easy of Use variables, and the variables that have no effect are the Content, Format, and Timelines variables.
