EVALUASI KEBERHASILAN PENGELOLAAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM FATIMAH CILACAP MENGGUNAKAN METODE HUMAN ORGANIZATIONTECHNOLOGY – FIT (HOT-FIT)

The role of information technology is very supportive of activities in the company, in improving the quality and quality of an agency or company, including hospitals. Hospitals as complex organizations require complete and accurate information system support to optimize health services, as implemented by the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Cilacap. In carrying out its business processes, Fatimah Islamic Hospital Cilacap began to utilize information technology, namely the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). This study is to evaluate the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) Islam Fatimah using theModel Human, Organization and Technology Fit (HOT-FIT). With eight variables, namely system quality (system quality), information quality (information quality), service quality (service quality), system use (system use), user satisfaction (user satisfaction), organizational structure (organization structure), condition of facilities ( facility conditions), net benefits. With the research hypothesis as many as twelve hypotheses. The sample used was 83 respondents with ansignificance value of error 10%. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted. The largest variable effect was the organizational structure variable on the consistency of the facility, namely 67.1% and the smallest variable effect was the service quality variable on system use, namely 47.1%.
