APLIKASI MANAJEMEN STOK BARANG HABIS PAKAI BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY (EOQ) (Studi Kasus: Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II TPI Cilacap)

The Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap is a government agency that is engaged in the issuance of Indonesian Travel Letters or Passports. Procurement of goods to meet the operational needs of the head office and several service branches is carried out twice a year. Office facilities and infrastructure used to support office activities in the form of consumables that are used daily. During operational activities carried out, there were several problems experienced by the warehouse admin and the section when making requests for goods. These problems include, recording requests for goods from each section to the warehouse admin is still done on a paper basis and is only recorded in the ledger, so the level of accuracy in recording is prone to errors. The warehouse admin does not know for sure the stock of goods in the warehouse including the type of goods and the amount. The stock of goods in the warehouse often runs out and the accumulation of goods that are rarely used. The purpose of this study is to create a Web-Based Consumables Stock Management Application Using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method to assist the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap in the stock management process. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is an inventory management method to find out when to reorder (reorder point) and find out safety stock, namely inventory that is held to maintain stock shortages and avoid buildup. This application uses the Waterfall development method, blackbox testing method and uses a Likert Scale in the questionnaire to measure respondents' opinions. Based on the results of feedback to 30 respondents, it resulted in a usability value of 88.33% with the predicate "Very Good". The conclusion of this study, the development of a Web-Based Consumables Stock Management Application Using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method can assist the operational activities of the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap, especially the management process of consumables stock.
