ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI SEKOLAH ONLINE (SEON) UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN DARING MENGGUNAKAN METODE EUCS (Studi Kasus: SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari)

The need for information and communication technology in the pandemic era also affects the world's education system, one of which is in Vocational High Schools (SMK), the existence of a pandemic also affects the development of information technology. One of the technologies that can be used in the current pandemic is SEON. The study was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of online school users at SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari so that the SMK gets an idea of the level of user satisfaction. Measurement of the level of user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. SEON is a learning media used by SMK Muhammadiyah Bobotsari to access computerized Video Meetings and Questions. The variables used in this research are content, accuracy, format, timeliness, ease of use. The reason for choosing the EUCS method compared to other methods is because the EUCS method variable can determine or measure user satisfaction not only from the aspect of ease of use of the application but there are variables that refer to the experience of using the application. The results of this study there is 1 timeliness variable has a significant effect on user satisfaction, while the variables content, format, accuracy, ease of use have no significant effect on user satisfaction.
