RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI ADMINISTRASI SURAT BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER (Studi Kasus: Kecamatan Cipari)

Cipari Sub-District Office has several tasks in carrying out its role as a government agency, one of which is managing correspondence. Management of letters in the form of filing letters and submission of cover letters managed by village employees, namely the operator. So far, the process of mail management is still using manual methods, so that in the process of data search, data storage and submission of cover letters are considered less effective. The purpose of this study is to develop a mail management system in Cipari Sub-district. The method used in this study is rad (Rapid Application Development) method. The software required in the development of this system is Google Chrome, Notepad++, XAMPP, PHP, Javascript and Framework Codeigniter. The hardware used is Acer Aspire E1-431 Laptop with 5GB memory. Implementation of the design of the mail administration application displays the interface view that is the interface of all administrators, camats and sub-district secretaries. This research resulted in a website-based mail administration application that has an incoming mail feature to manage incoming mail, an outgoing mail feature for managing outgoing mail and a report feature for reporting based on months and years. Based on the results of tests conducted with Blackbox, the system can run as originally designed which concluded that the system is acceptable to the user. Build a website-based mail administration application using the CodeIgniter Framework that can be accessed and run online.
