SISTEM INFORMASI PENILAIAN KINERJA ASISTEN PRAKTIKUM BERBASIS WEB (Studi Kasus: Forum Asisten STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto)

The STMIK Amikom Purwokerto Assistant Forum does not yet have computerized assistant performance assessment information technology technology to facilitate the performance assessment and processing of lab assistant data. In the process of performance appraisal, the paper practicum assistant performance assessment form is used. To find out the progress of the assessment of the performance of lab assistants, the board of the Forum Assistant for the HR (Human Resources) section must recapitulate the results of the assessment every one semester using Microsoft Excel. So the author aims to analyze and design a practical assistant performance assessment information system by implementing a website-based lab assessment performance information system assistant. The research framework consists of problem identification, data collection, needs analysis, system development and report generation. System development methods the author designs use cases, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and waterfall models. This practicum assistant performance appraisal information system can perform a performance appraisal process and manage practicum assistant performance data well in order to streamline and streamline the performance appraisal process and speed up time, minimize the error rate when entering data, and become an alternative for students when evaluating performance practicum assistant With the existence of this system the results that can be presented from this research is that a lab assistant performance appraisal information system will be made on the website-based Assistant Forum as an assessment information container for the organization, and determine the best and most trusted assistants.
