Abstract
The internet, in this case social media, is very closely related to people’s lives, especially business people. There are alredy many business actors, both UMKM and large companies who promote or sell their product on social media. Yoghurt Sehati Purwokero is a company engaged in the production of processed cow’s milk, the main product of whitch is Yoghurt with the brand Yoghurt Sehati. Yoghurt Sehati does offline marketing through bazaar events, school canteens, sunmors and other and online marketing is dine though Facebook fans page, Google My Business, and Wharsapp. Then with regard to social media as a promotional medium and land to sell products to marketing on social media is the lack of ideas when creating content and the absence of a schedule regrarding the content to be posted. This study uses the Value Proposition Canvas method in the form of an analysis thah produces customer satisfaction, customer needs and the advantages and disadvantages of Yoghurt Sejati Purwokerro. The results of the research are in the form of evaluating customer desires and expectations using the analysis results from the Value Proposition Canvas whitch will be poured into types of content marketing videos, articles and social media marketing.
