APLIKASI E-RECRUITMENT CALON TENAGA KERJA INDONESIA (CTKI) MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW) PADA PT KARYATAMA MITRA SEJATI CABANG BANYUMAS

PT Karyatama Mitra Sejati is a large private Indonesian employment placement company whereby it is able to locate thousands of Indonesian Migrant Workers (CTKI) abroad specialized in the formal sector. The recruitment process is already using the website. The purpose of this research is to build a recruitment system (e-recruitment) by applying the Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) method in the ranking process. This method is one method to complete the calculation of some criteria that must be considered by determining the weight niali of each criterion, then perform the assessment process that will determine the best alternative CTKI.
