IMPLEMENTASI FIREBASE PADA APLIKASI EC-LABORAN BERBASIS ANDROID SEBAGAI APLIKASI PELAPORAN KERUSAKAN FASILITAS ELEKTRONIK UPT LABORATORIUM KOMPUTER STMIK AMIKOM PURWOKERTO

STMIK Amikom Purwokerto as a campus that is engaged in Information Technology (IT) has electronic facilities as the main support activities on campus have problems that exist today is the electronic facility damage reporting system. Duty repair damaged electronic facilities is the responsibility of the Computer Laboratory UPT in STMIK Amikom Purwokerto so that complaints and reports of damage to electronic facilities except air conditioning will be handled by the UPT. The current system is in the event of damage to those who know and store phone numbers of staff usually directly send a message or call directly UPT Laboratory staff while not, users of electronic facilities usually come directly to the UPT Laboratory to submit a report in case of interference at amenities. The location of the Computer Laboratory UPT room located on the top floor will be very draining for reporters who experience disruption of facilities in the lower floor because they have to go up the stairs and this will drain power and time especially if handling is needed immediately. The results of data collection research, researchers using interviewing techniques, documentation and literature study obtained a solution in the form of applications based on Android-based EC-Laboran implements push notification feature on Firebase technology. The EC-Laboran application was developed using the Extreme Programming system development method. Blackbox test results against the application show almost all features run well and according to the author's expectations. Then seen from the questionnaires distributed to 30 Amikom Purwokerto residents obtained a percentage of 87% and classified in very good criteria. Application of EC-Laboran as an application of electronic facility damage reporting in STMIK Amikom Purwokwerto very feasible applied as the tool to assist citizen of STMIK Amikom Purwokerto in reporting damage of electronic facility and effort to improve quality of service of Computer Laboratory Unit.
