The development of information and communication technology now gives a big influence on the lifestyle of the wider community, as if the role of technology has replaced the role of man himself. The objective of this research is to apply Rotoscoping Technique in making promotion video of agro tourism kaligua as innovation of promotional content. So that tourists can be interested and want to visit Kaligua Agrowisata and so will increase the number of visitors. System development method used is method according to M.Suyanto. This research begins with a coherent stage such as pre-production, production and post-production. Results In making a support video promotion tour in Brebes Regency has successfully applied the technique of rotoscoping and promotion video of Agro Tourism Kaligua Brebes Regency has been distributed through social media such as youtube. Distribution through social media is expected that the dissemination of promotional videos Agro-tourism is easier to reach in the era of technology as it is today.
