EVALUASI KESUKSESAN APLIKASI ZOOM SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DARING MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DELONE DAN MCLEAN

This study aims to determine the level of success of the Zoom application as an online learning medium and what factors influence it which is carried out by students from several universities in Banyumas Regency. The method in this study uses the DeLone and McLean 2003 system success model with five measurement variables is system quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires as many as 200 respondents use technic purposive sampling, Then the data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the use of the Zoom application as a learning medium was significantly influenced by the system quality variable of 3.195, service quality of 5.678. Zoom application user satisfaction as a learning medium is significantly influenced by the quality of the system of 2,920, service quality of 5,915. The net benefit of using the Zoom application as a learning medium is significantly influenced by the use variable of 6,083, user satisfaction of 7,479. Based on data analysis, the Zoom application is sufficient, where the use and satisfaction of the user is sufficient for users of the Zoom application as an online learning medium.
