Abstract
Gold processing with the barrel system in Pancurendang Village has potential income to meet the economic needs of the community. Gold is a piece of jewelry that has a very high selling value. There are several obstacles in gold processing with the barrel system in Pancurendang Village, namely when the water pH measurement process is still using the manual method, causing fatigue and inaccurate measurement results. This study used qualitative research with the research location focused on the village of Pancurendang, to be precise about Mr. Kusworo's gold processing. The test method uses a blackbox that focuses on specific functions of the tool being designed. The design method is prototype. By using a water pH monitoring tool in gold processing with the barrel system using Wemos D1 R1. The test results in this study, the average accuracy of the pH measurement of water in gold processing with the barrel system is 98,5% of the calculation sample.
