Abstract
As technology in today's rapidly expanding globalization has with the aim of facilitating and assisting human work in the digital age it is today. There are many types and ways that people promote, and there are different products or services that are promoted to other media. Because the owner's current promotion system is less effective and less attractive by the owner, and according to the interview with the owner that a two dimensional animation video is more effective and that the impact of the client's attention on social media is decided to make a full dimensional self promotional video that the Omah Bimbel Purwokerto is using a two dimensional animation technique. To solve problems on research, so it was created using the concept of lee & owens development model method. From the end result of the evaluation by the respondents who showed "animation 2d in the omah bimbel purwokerto" with an average result using an index formula of 84.44% to fall into a highly favored category. The results of this study are two-dimensional animation videos for the omah bimbel purwokerto media for a minute and a half seconds.
