Abstract

Candra Apple Solution is a device repair center specifically for the Apple brand, which is located at Jl. Prof. Dr. Suharso Ruko Wello No.1, Arcawinangun, Kec. East Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency. In carrying out device repair services, the divisions involved, such as customer service, technicians, and digital marketing, are still recording transaction data individually and are not yet systemized. This triggered a mismatch of transaction data between the three divisions. The mismatch of the device repair transaction data triggers the occurrence of miscommunication which hinders the performance of Candra Apple Solution employees in performing device repair services. With the creation of the Device Repair Service Application, it is hoped that it can facilitate the management and reporting of device repair service data at Candra Apple Solution. The use of a website application base was chosen because of its superiority to be easily accessible and to use the Codeigniter framework to facilitate the maintenance or development process in the future.
