Abstract

In the learning process that took place at SD Negri 05 Warungpring currently using teaching aids, but the limitations of the teaching aids that are not very complete make the elementary school students in grade V do not understand what is meant by the human movement system by only using ordinary book teaching materials, students tend to feeling bored quickly and less interested so that the fifth grade elementary school students have difficulty in learning science, especially on the material for the movement system in the human body, the teacher can only use book media that can only display 2-dimensional (2D) images.In line with technological developments, a new innovation is needed in terms of information, education and communication. For this reason, the authors apply an augmented reality technology as a new innovation in the marine park book. The method used is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which consists of six stages. Namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of this study are the augmented reality motion system application is expected to be a new innovation so that the book is not only read but can display more tangible things through smartphones.
