Implementation of medical records is one way to improve the quality of services in the field of health. The medical record is a file that contains records and documents about the identity of the patient, examination, treatment, action and other services that have been given to patients. In general practice, dr. Purwanto in his ministry is done manually starting from the registration up to payment. With a system like this encountered obstacles namely in the form of a queue of examination that does not sort or irregular, error writing the biodata of the patient, the redundancy data medical record data and patient data, the error of writing prescription medications and medical record, loss of data, damage data, as well as there is no system that serves as a reminder of the patient in the check up. Payments are still manual count so that the patient does not get a receipt proof of payment of the drug and check the it is necessary the construction of systems of medical record information a web-based and whatsapp gateway. The system focuses on medical record-keeping and Whatsapp gateway. The method used is waterfall or SDLC (Software Development Life Cylce) starting from requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing and Supporting (support) or maintenance. The results of this research is to successfully design and build a medical record information system is web-based and whatsapp gateway that is able to facilitate medical and non-medical in general practice doctors in Pharmacies Patikraja that is fast, efficient, easy and accurate in serving the patients. Of black box testing and UAT (User Acceptance Test) mentioned that this system has a percentage of 86% which means medical record information system is web-based and whatsapp this gateway it deserves to be used and in accordance with the needs.
