EVALUASI SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) MENGGUNAKAN METODE HOT-FIT PADA PENGGUNA AKHIR SIMRS DI RS ISLAM PURWOKERTO (Studi Kasus: RS Islam Purwokerto)

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information system that manages the presentation of data on hospital services. RS Islam Purwokerto has implemented SIMRS to support the hospital activity process but there has never been an evaluation related to the successful implementation of SIMRS at the RS Islam Purwokerto and is not yet known what variables affect the implementation of SIMRS. Therefore, researchers will test SIMRS only on the aspect of the Billing system. This research will use the HOT-Fit model which focuses on 3 dimensions, namely: human, organization and technology. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the application of SIMRS in aspects of the Billing system and to describe the real benefits of implementing SIMRS. In this study, data analysis will be used with the SPSS application version 23. The test results show that the one has the highest significant value is Hypothesis 4, which is 82.4%, which tests Information Quality has an effect on the User satisfaction variable. System development in the future must improve the quality of information (Information Quality) because it will greatly affect the satisfaction of system users. Meanwhile, the factors that show low response are related to system use, Organizational Environment and the lowest is the Quality System (System Quality). The recommendation of this research is to develop the quality of the system and provide a manual on the use of the system because the increasing quality of human resources will also increase the usefulness of the system.
