Health is a premier need for humanity and health services are an important aspect of life. The efficiency and effectiveness of a health service is very important for the community. Koent Clinic is a health care agency. The main service is in the form of medical records, medical records are still done manually using paper, so it is less than optimal in the process of health care. In addition, patients must wait 5 to 10 minutes for the drug to be prepared by the pharmacist, because the pharmacist must wait for a prescription from the doctor. In this study the authors implemented Rest to build a patient examination application at a website-based clinical website using the waterfall method. This research results that software can be integrated. Implementation of Rest to build a patient examination application on a website-based Koent clinic easier, faster and more accurate.
