Freshwater fish farming is a short-term investment in collaboration with freshwater fish cultivator owners, where investors will invest their money to buy ponds or more freshwater fish, as well as food, vitamin and other needs. The main problem faced by the UMKM sector is the problem of capital or investment, sometimes in obtaining capital from banks they experience difficulties, a problem often faced when establishing cultivation is the initial capital or investors. The purpose of this study is to design and build an investment site for freshwater fish farming using codeigniter which is can be used by capital owners (investors) and the UMKM owners of freshwater fish farming. Making this website using Codeigniter Framework with MySQL database. In making a freshwater fish farming investment website, data collection methods used in research are observation, interviews, literature study. The system development method used by the author to build this system is the Extreme Progamming (XP) system development method. XP has 4 stages of planning, designing, coding, testing. The results of this research have been successfully made website for investment in freshwater fish farming.
