PENENTUAN PRIORITAS PROGRAM KERJA PADA ANGGARAN PENDAPATAN DAN BELANJA DESA MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS

It is necessary to assign an assigned value for each alternative work program to determine the priority of the appropriate government program. Then, we can proceed with a selection process that will select the given alternatives. In order to give the selection more systematic, we needed a decision support system. One of the methods to help the decision-making process is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This study aims to implement Decision Support System with AHP method to determine the priority of the appropriate government program. This research is concentrated in Office of Kebumen Village which is located at Jl. Raya Kebumen No. 002 Rt 4 Rw 4, Baturaden during October-November 2017. According to the AHP calculation, the priority of the appropriate government program of APBDes is the 1st Alternative and the 2nd Alternative, which is the Fixed Income of the Village Officer and the Operational Expenses of the Offices with the highest calculation total 0.099. Based on the results of the research that has been done then it can be concluded that we have succeeded in implementing a web based decision support system to determine the priority of the appropriate government program on APBDes using AHP method as its calculation method. In addition, the application of this Decision Support System on the APBDes is user friendly. So, it can be used by the village officers and also the parties to determine the priority of appropriate government programs that should be implemented first.
