IKLAN LAYANAN MASYARAKAT PENTINGNYA TIDAK BUANG SAMPAH SEMBARANGAN MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK MOTION GRAPHIC DAN TEKNIK LIVE SHOOT (Studi Kasus: Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

Higher education is an educational institution that organizes higher education. College waste is usually derived from student and student activities in the form of leftovers, cigarettes, paper, drink bottles and trash grass and plants from the environment around the campus. As students who have knowledge about the impact caused by garbage should have a sense of more love for the surrounding environment, especially in the campus area. But there is still often a lack of student and student awareness at Amikom Purwokerto University regarding the problem of waste in the campus environment. This can be seen from the presence of cigarettes and rubbish scattered improperly. There are still many students who do not throw trash in their place, even though trash cans have been provided. A clean and comfortable campus atmosphere will greatly affect teaching and learning activities. Therefore a public service advertisement video is needed as an appeal to maintain environmental hygiene by orderly disposing of trash in its place. Public service announcements regarding rubbish and calls to dispose of rubbish at Amikom Purwokerto University are still not widely found. In addition, the media used are mostly in the form of posters and banners that only feature short writing in the form of silent appeals that are less attractive to viewers. So we need another media in the form of video public service advertisements that are equipped with elements of images, sound and video that can optimize the delivery of the invitation material provided. System Development Methods used are: Pre Production, Production, and Post Production. Data collection methods used are: Interview, Literature Study, Observation, and Questionnaire. So as to produce a Public Service Advertisement video using the Motion Graphics technique and the Live Shoot technique as a media of information and invitations to do the habit of taking out the trash in its place. Through the design of this Community Service Advertisements, it is hoped that it can increase the awareness of students and all residents of the Amikom Purwokerto University campus on the adverse effects that can be caused by littering and the lack of concern for the surrounding environment.
