PERANCANGAN ARCHITECTURE ENTERPRISE SISTEM INFORMASI DESA MENGGUNAKAN TOGAF ADM (STUDI KASUS PEMERINTAHAN DESA MELUNG)

Indonesia government period 2014-2019, has endorsed the national Medium Term development plan with the concept of Indonesian development from the periphery. Indonesia's development of this suburb is one of the focus on rural development. According to the Central Board of Statistics of Village Development index in Indonesia period 2014-2018 administration is the largest contributor number in the Village development index. The complexity of governance currently encourages the village government to implement information systems in various fields, such as in the field of service. At the village government office Melung use of service applications still use Microsoft Excel and produce inaccurate output. In addition, Leter C information system is needed to improve the effectiveness of the server to the community. The purpose of this research is to provide a blueprint of information system recommendations in response to the procurement plan of the new information system as an effort to create excellent services at the village government offices of Melung. This research uses the TOGAF ADM framework. The result of this research is a blueprint of the procurement of information system of a new service consisting of sub-systems of administrative services and intergrated Leter C services.
