APLIKASI E-BOOKING GEDUNG DIKLAT BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN DAERAH (BKPPD) KABUPATEN CILACAP

BKPPD Cilacap has Praja Diklat building facilities for rent ranging from halls, classrooms, to training rooms which are one of the sources of the Regional Original Income (PAD). To get information on building leasing of education and training buildings, it is still done manually, such as going directly to the BKPPD office or ordering by telephone and so on. Based on these problems, the authors designed an information system that facilitates the public in obtaining information related to the availability of halls / rooms, classes / rooms and make reservations for the use of halls / classrooms / rooms in the Diklat Building. The purpose of this research is to make an e-booking application for the Diklat Building that provides information on the availability / readiness of the education and training building facilities and provides the means to conduct the leasing of education and training building facilities online. In building an application that provides information on the availability of education and training facilities, the writer uses the Waterfall method. The stages start from data collection, needs analysis, system design, program code writing, program testing, and program implementation and maintenance. Do not forget that the construction of this e-booking information system will be based on the website using the PHP MySQL programming language and Framework Codeigniter. Based on the above background, the online Diklat e-booking application can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the booking page will be more interactive and informative than booking by coming in person or by phone.
