Abstract

The process of recording transactions at the Maju Motor workshop is still using manually. So there is often a writing or calculation error from transaction data. Manual recording is also vulnerable to risk of damage and loss of data. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based application with SMS gateway support that facilitates management of sparepart data and service or sales transactions by the owner of the Maju Motor workshop. The application system development using waterfall method, while for the system design using unified modeling language. The results of this study are web-based applications that make it easy for workshop owners to manage data or transactions to be more effective, accurate and improve the performance of workshop services. Blackbox test results show that the menus in the application function as expected. In the UAT test results obtained an index of 90.71%, so it was concluded that the application was acceptable to the user.
