Abstract
Computer technology and information systems are developing very rapidly in all fields, one of them is the transportation business sector. by using computer technology and utilizing data processing information systems at PT. Qyta Trans Group can be easier and faster. The weakness of the existing system for ticket reservation, customers can only come to the office or by telephone. Internet users in Indonesia have increased, most often accessing the internet using smartphones and the dominating operating system is android. Therefore, to improve service, an Android-based reservation system is made so that customers do not have to go to the office or telephone for ticket reservations. With the existence of an android-based reservation system, it is hoped that it can improve service to customers of PT. Qyta Trans Group. For testing the Android-based reservation system is done with 2 methods, namely the alpha method in the form of blackbox testing conducted from the developer side and the beta method in the form of a questionnaire that produces 79.76% of users agree that the system is feasible to implement.
