IMPLEMENTASI METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING DAN WEIGHTED PRODUCT PADA PENENTUAN JENIS RUMAH HUNIAN

In the process of finding a suitable home, sometimes potential buyers are constrained with the cost and information about housing. Sometimes, the buyers get the price in accordance with the funds owned, but the house is not in accordance with the criteria of prospective buyers. This study aims to implement the simple additive weighting and weighted product method in the decision support system for determining residential homes. This research is expected to be able to assist prospective buyers in determining housing according to criteria and facilitate in obtaining information about housing. The test results of this study indicate that the simple additive weighting and weighted product method can be implemented into a decision support system for determining residential homes.
